Every meal is accompanied by long list of dos and don'ts, some of which we may be conscious of and some of which we may not. How would you rate your own table manners? What are you a stickler about and in which areas could use some work? How important is the etiquette of those with whom you are eating? What bothers you the most about other people's manners at the dinner table?
